A bit about me...

Hi, I’m Terril Guy — an Accredited CBT Therapist and Holistic Coach supporting high performers, sensitive professionals, and late-diagnosed ADHD’ers who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or a little lost.

I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life — and suddenly, so much made sense. It helped me understand why I’d spent years striving, masking, and feeling like I was never quite enough.

But the real shift came in early 2025, when I left a long-term relationship and began a deeper journey of coming home to myself.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in a Compassion Focused Retreat in York, a Yoga Retreat in Ambleside, and an NLP Master Practitioner Retreat in Ibiza. Each step helped me strip away the noise, reconnect with who I really am, and finally begin to live from a place of peace and self-trust.

Now, I support others on that same path — not just to manage their minds, but to realign their lives.

To move beyond burnout, perfectionism, and performance.

To feel at home in themselves again.

With over 30 years’ experience across corporate, non-profit, and healthcare sectors, I blend evidence-based therapy with coaching, lived experience, and a deeply human approach.

The Benefits of a Dual Approach: CBT Therapy and Coaching

As an Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), Systemic Practitioner and Coach, I offer a unique and comprehensive approach to personal development, especially beneficial for clients with ADHD.

CBT: An evidenced based treatment recommended by NICE guidelines for ADHD and other mental health difficulties. It focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviours to improve emotional regulation and mental health.

Coaching: Helps set and achieve actionable goals for personal and professional growth.
