Hey there, I'm Terril Guy, an accredited CBT Therapist and Transformation and Empowerment coach specialising in supporting mid-life females who've recently been diagnosed with ADHD. Having been diagnosed with ADHD later in life myself, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with this journey.

My mission is to empower my clients by eradicating stigma and providing education around ADHD, and facilitating access to tailored 1-1 support, so that they can embrace their uniqueness and thrive.

With over 30 years of experience in various sectors, including corporate, non-profit, and healthcare, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical strategies to help you thrive in your personal and professional life.
