A bit about me...
Hi, I’m Terril Guy — an Accredited CBT Therapist and Holistic Coach supporting high performers, sensitive professionals, and late-diagnosed ADHD’ers who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or a little lost.
I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life — and suddenly, so much made sense. It helped me understand why I’d spent years striving, masking, and feeling like I was never quite enough.
But the real shift came in early 2025, when I left a long-term relationship and began a deeper journey of coming home to myself. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in a Compassion Focused Retreat in York, a Yoga Retreat in Ambleside, and an NLP Master Practitioner Retreat in Ibiza.
Each step helped me strip away the noise, reconnect with who I really am, and finally begin to live from a place of peace and self-trust. Now, I support others on that same path — not just to manage their minds, but to realign their lives.
